FENECO Air Source Heat Pump EVI Technology

Enhance vapor injection (EVI) is the lastest scroll compressor technology. Base on EVI compressor, the refrigerant in the EVI circuit enters the com-pressor again, and after the secondary compression, it enters the system, increasing the enthalpy of the refrigerant. FINECO EVI heat pump can increase over 30% heating capacity even though works under severe cold climate.

Full DC Inverter Technology

FENECO three core inverter subversive technologies, adopts international brand and high-efficiency DC inverter compressor, DC inverter brushless motor and DC inverter circulation water pump, which combined with full DC controlling, assures the motor speed and refrigerant flow can be adjusted in real time according to the changes of the environment and ensures the system can also provide powerful heating under ultra cold climate of -35℃.

SG Ready and PV Ready

The smart grid and the heat pump work together.
This is primarily done through communication between the smart grid and the SG Ready interface, and is executed through two instructions:
1. The smart grid tells the heat pump to disconnect from the grid for a short period of time to compensate for peak loads And reduce the pressure on the grid.
2. The SG-Ready interface tells the heat pump to absorb excess energy from the solar system. This energy is then used to charge the hot water tank and cost-effectively heat the house at a later date.

Lab Configuration

This is a comprehensive performance testing room for a 20HP energy-saving air source heat pump which is constructed strictly in accordance with Chinese standards GB/T10870-2014, GB/T18430.2-2016, GB/T25127.2-2020, JB/T11969-2014, as well as EU standards EN14825-2022, EN14511-2018, IEC60335-2-40: 2022. It is with a minimum test environment temperature of -40 ℃, equipped with advanced R290 concentration detection and explosion-proof exhaust system.

The testing room is equipped with an independent constant temperature water system and a working condition testing system. The water system adopts the testing principle of the water side calorimeter method, which can accurately control the temperature and humidity of the environmental conditions in the testing room and measure the technical data of the tested unit, such as cooling capacity, heating capacity, water flow rate, thermal efficiency, water pressure, temperature, electrical parameters, etc.

The water system testing is divided into two flow rate testing systems, with each flow rate system equipped with independent variable frequency water Pump, main pipeline, mixed water three-way valve, etc. And it can measure the working temperature and pressure of each component of the test sample simultaneously. It can also be used for type tests such as other standard operating conditions related tests and extended tests. The operation of the equipment is programmable. Controlled by a process controller, the measured values are automatically collected, processed, and archived by a computer, and can be performed in real-time analysis of data and experimental results. The equipment control and measurement in the laboratory can achieve fully automated control, that is, automatic measurement, automatic recording, automatic printing of test reports, automatic identification and alarm of equipment abnormalities.
