Under the guidance of Panasonic's staff, the FENECO team first visited the production and manufacturing site of Panasonic Compressor. From the highly automated production lines and rigorous testing processes to the clear visual 6S kanban management, the production and quality management personnel of FENECO were deeply impressed.
